Biography

Marvin Cable, Esq., is a practicing attorney with experience in various fields of law, including: internet, intellectual property, technology, civil rights, business, and contracts. In his practice, Attorney Cable has handled hundreds of internet-related legal matters, representing clients, including but not limited to: media production companies, website development companies, musicians, photographers, writers, and programmers. Because of Attorney Cable's real world experiences, he brings a practical approach to Internet Law & Policy.  

Attorney Cable received his Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Wittenberg University. At Western New England University, he founded the Intellectual Property Association. 

Attorney Cable's admissions to practice law include: Commonwealth of Massachusetts, U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S. District Court, District of California. He has held membership in several organizations, including:  Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts of Massachusetts, Arts Council of Northampton, MA, Coolidge Village Condominium Trust, and National Organization for Reform of Marijuana Laws. 

Marvin Cable lives in Northampton, MA, with his wife and 2 daughters.
