LASER, co-directed by Professors Yuriy Brun and Juan Zhai, develops methods that improve the quality, reliability, and security of software and machine-learning systems. Work includes program analysis, fairness and bias, runtime assurance, and trustworthy computing for traditional software and emerging agentic AI systems.
