Now Accepting Applications for Scholarship for Service Program

The Scholarship for Service (SFS) Program funds the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. UMass Amherst provides scholarships to students whose computer science, electrical and computer engineering, or math degrees are focused on cybersecurity. Scholarships are funded through grants from the National Science Foundation (NSF).

The SFS scholarship covers 100% of tuition and education-related fees, an annual stipend, and additional funds for professional development.

The scholarship duration is four academic semesters for undergraduates, 4+1 students, and master's students.

After graduation, scholarship recipients will be employed with a federal agency for two years (at full pay).
