
Professor Amir Houmansadr received a DARPA Director's Award to build a game-theory and AI foundation for staying ahead of internet censors, including China's Great Firewall and newer provincial censorship systems. The work will use generative models to simulate traffic and anticipate how circumvention should change as the web adopts protocols such as QUIC.
